Individual Coaching | 1 hour-long, individualized session per month to learn:
-stress reduction techniques
-goal setting and strategizing
-time management skills
-mindfulness training
-clarity tools
*all with an intersectional feminist framework that prioritizes self-care and collective women’s empowerment at the core of all work
Group Classes | 1 hour-long classes that meet on the 3rd Monday of each month at 12 ET that combine:
- intersectional feminist theory
- mindfulness practices
- private journaling prompts, not shared with the group
- life hack tips to implement now
- collective empowerment through discussion and mutual recognition
Collective writing sessions | 4 hour-long gatherings each Monday at 11 AM ET for:
- brief centering exercises to balance mind, body, and spirit before writing
- short check-ins to share process and gain encouragement
- focused writing times to work on your own project in the presence of other intersectional feminists from around the world
**this is the unique “special sauce” that will move you from isolation and inertia to community and momentum
Writing development | 4 hours per month via email so you can:
- share your writing with an expert writer and coach
- get feedback on your writing that gives clarity and a path forward
- learn structural and organizational techniques that are game changers
- make progress on your goals by taking concrete steps with a mentor
Other coaching programs do not offer the same live, one-on-one access to a master coach but instead rely on video lessons and do-it-yourself handouts, and nowhere else will you find the same kind of intersectional feminist, collective writing this program offers. And the targeted, supportive feedback on your writing you will get in this program is truly unprecedented, yet other similar master-level coaching programs range between $4000-6000 per month.
Your cost for the GENIUS PROGRAM: $500/month
Enrollment is limited to those truly committed to working and living in ways that break old paradigms of collective trauma and oppression and enable new practices that are affirming and mutually beneficial.
