I recently went to a women’s entrepreneurial conference and when the leader asked us to discuss the energy we put into our friendships, there was a collective groan in the room.
Reconnect with your wisest self through friendship, and I recommend doing this through an activity such as one of the ones I suggested above.
This is because successful women often obsess about work, and we can make our friendship-time into a free consulting session if we’re not careful.
Your assignment for this week: contact one friend and make plans to do something together that doesn’t involve just talking about work.
