A new school year is just around the corner, and we can use journaling to help us get clear on who we used to be and who we are now.
Each new beginning is a chance to begin again. (Duh, right?)
But in order to do so mindfully, we must get clear on who we were. This will help us clear the space for who we want to become.
Write for 2 minutes in response to each of these statements:
I used to be…
I was always…
I never thought…
Now I want…
I am opening to…
I’d love to know what you discovered.
