For more than 20 years, Cassie Premo Steele has taught in university and community settings in the fields of literature, creativity, writing, poetry, trauma, healing and mindfulness.
She now offers her teachings to the global community through live online classes at The Loft Literary Center, Larksong Writers Place, and Insight Timer.
