This 4-week course will introduce you to poets whose work can be read as inspiration-- both for those on their own journey and for those in the healing professions. Based on Cassie Premo Steele's book, We Heal from Memory, the connections between the writing of poetry and the healing process will be introduced in a clear and accessible way, and writing prompts will allow participants to engage in a constructive dialogue with the poems and each other.
